Bentam Société d'Avocats advised HPC (Marex), as placing agent, in the setting up of a €24,000,000 stand alone amortizable bond issue with a maturity of 20 years by the Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Marseille, a French public health institution.

The bonds were admitted to trading on the market of Euronext Growth Paris.
