Bentam on the financing of the acquisition of Rousseau.
Bentam advised BRED Banque Populaire for the financing of the acquisition of Rousseau by a newly incorporated company capitalized by Turenne Groupe (via the Fonds Nov Relance Impact Actions Non Cotées Assureurs - Caisse des Dépôts Relance Durable France), BNP Paribas Développement, Bpifrance (via Bpifrance Capital 2) and the managers and historical shareholders of Rousseau.
The Rousseau Group is an industrial player in the fields of street furniture, signage, metal framework and facades (https://www.rousseau-sa.fr).
The acquisition was partly financed by a bank loan facility granted by BRED Banque Populaire. Bentam, as legal counsel to the lender, advised BRED Banque Populaire in the drafting and negotiation of the finance documentation.
