Bentam on the bond issue of Centre Hospitalier du Pays d'Aix.

Bentam Société d'Avocats advised Aurel BGC (GFI EU), as placing agent, in the setting up of a  bond issue by Centre Hospitalier du Pays d'Aix.

Bentam on the acquisition financing of Optoprim Group.

Bentam advised BRED Banque Populaire as arranger for the financing of the acquisition of the Optoprim group by a newly incorporated company capitalised by NCI (via the professional private equity fund Reprendre et Développer 5), Re-Sources Capital (via the professional private equity fund Re-Sources 3) and some of Optoprim’s historical shareholders and managers.

Bentam on the financing of 6 biomethane production units of Waga Energy.

Bentam has advised Crédit Industriel et Commercial and Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels as mandated lead arrangers for the financing of six new biomethane units located in France developed by Waga Energy.

Bentam has advised TP ICAP (Europe) on a stand alone bond issuance.

The EUR 10,000,000 bond facility was issued by Société Anonyme de Construction de la Ville de Lyon (SACVL).
