Bentam advises Bpifrance and Crédit Industriel et Commercial on the financing of 4 wind farms with a total capacity of 35.2 MW owned by Siloe Infrastructures fund.

Bentam advised Bpifrance and Crédit Industriel et Commercial as co-arrangers and lenders on a global refinancing transaction of a 10MW wind farm in operation located in Adriers (Vienne, France), as well as the financing of three wind farms under construction located in Coivert and Vergné (Charente-Maritime, France) with a total installed capacity of 25.2 MW, which will be commissioned in the last quarter of 2021 and which belong to the Siloé Infrastructures fund managed by Crédit Mutuel Capital Privé.
