Bentam advised the Dischamp Energies group in the structuring and negotiation of the refinancing of a portfolio of 85 rooftop solar power plants located mainly in the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region in France with Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels and Caisse d'Epargne d'Auvergne et du Limousin (CEPAL) as arrangers and lenders.
