Bentam on the bond issuance of CHU de Nice.

Bentam advises Augel BGC on a EUR 25 million bond issued by the Nice University Hospital.

Bentam advised Aurel BGC (GFI EU), as bookrunner, in the setting up of a stand alone bond issue composed of two amortizable tranches, for a total amount of €25,000,000 and a maturity of 20 years, by the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Nice.

The bonds were admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth Paris market.

The Bentam team was composed of Gautier Chavanet, partner, Antoine de Sevin and Cassandre Vagile.
