Bentam advises the Lenders in the €170 Million financing of Technique Solaire.

Bentam advised Bpifrance, Unifergie and Crédit Agricole de la Touraine et du Poitou as arrangers and lenders in a EUR170 million financing for the Technique Solaire group.

The Technique Solaire group has finalized a financing transaction, for a total amount of 170 M€, with its historical partners: the Crédit Agricole Group (with Unifergie and Crédit Agricole de la Touraine et du Poitou) and Bpifrance.

This transaction will finance 270 solar photovoltaic power plants to be built by 2024. This portfolio of projects represents a capacity of 135 MWp, which will be added to the Group's portfolio of 189 MWp already in operation and 89 MWp already under construction, for a total of over 400 MWp.

The financing of this exclusively greenfield portfolio of 135 MWp corresponds mainly to the Solar Technology projects that won the calls for tenders issued by the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) (i) Building 4.12, 4.13 and EPP 2.1 and (ii) Solar 4.9.

The Bentam team led by Guillaume Ansaloni also included Safa Geimel, Marie-Cécile Rieu and Ivanna Jhayya.
