Bentam advised Aurel BGC (GFI EU) on a EUR 10,000,000 stand alone bond issuance.
BENTAM Société d'Avocats advised Aurel BGC (GFI EU), as placing agent, in the setting up of a €10,000,000 stand alone in fine bond issue with a maturity of 10 years by the conurbation community (communauté d'agglomération) of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
The bonds were admitted to trading on the market of Euronext Growth Paris.
