Bentam advised Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels and BRED Banque Populaire for the financing of the acquisition of Perspective Habitat by ALSEI Group.
The ALSEI Group is a global player in urban development, covering all real estate activities.
The acquisition was partly financed by means of a credit facility granted by Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels and BRED Banque Populaire as senior lenders. Bentam, as legal advisor to the lenders, advised the banking institutions for the drafting and the negotiation of the financing documentation.
