Bentam on the stand-alone bond issuance of CHU Brest.
Bentam advised Aurel BGC as placement agent in a EUR 15,000,000 bond issuance by Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Brest.
BENTAM Société d'Avocats advised Aurel BGC (GFI EU), as placing agent, in the setting up of a €15,000,000 stand alone amortizable bond issue with a maturity of 20 years by the Centre Hospitalier Régional Universitaire de Brest, a French public health institution.
The bonds were admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Paris.
