Bentam on a €3.6 million stand-alone bond issuance of Centre Hospitalier Mémorial France Etats-Unis.

Bentam Société d'Avocats advised SFI Markets, as placing agent, in the setting up of a €3,600,000 stand alone amortizable bond issue with a maturity of 20 years by the Centre Hospitalier Mémorial France Etats-Unis (Saint-Lô), a French public health institution.

The bonds were admitted to trading on the market of Euronext Growth Paris.
