Bentam on Volta RCF financing.

Bentam advised the Crédit Agricole Group on a 20 million euro RCF financing for Volta Investissements, the holding company of the Volta Group.

The French group Volta, a developer and producer of renewable energies, has set up a revolving credit facility of 20 million euros, with the possibility of extension to 25 million, to finance part of its working capital requirements and the development costs of the group's renewable energy projects. Bentam advised Crédit Agricole du Languedoc and Crédit Agricole Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur as arrangers and lenders, as well as the other regional banks in the lending pool (Crédit Agricole Aquitaine, Alpes Provence, Ile de France and Réunion).
